An occasional sandwich shop, SubHuman Sandwich Shop has been popping up at venues around Sonoma county since 2021, including Jam's Joy Bungalow and Psychic Pie.  Inspired by a love of East Coast Deli culture and all things Italian, our sandwiches aim to deliver familiar flavors with a twist, like our famous "Chicken Parm Vodka Bomb" or our "Crabby Boi" (Dungeness Crab with avocado, pea shoots, and grapefruit turmeric vinaigrette).
